With problems that you have you are the only person that can help your self please try this step back from your self and look at your problem As if it was some one else’s , your friends problem and life and the try and work out a way of helping your friend who has the problem and ask the questions what cause the problem , look at the results cause by the problem and how can I find a answer to the problem for my friend . or do I need help and if I need help what type of help and start looking for that help for your friend remember it is not your problems it is your friends problems Do this as many times as needed.

When you feel the need to cut your self
Please try this go for a walk to the shops and buy a block of Chocolate And when you get home sit quietly hold the Chocolate in your hands feel it ,think only of the Chocolate nothing else open it slowly is it wrap in gold or silver foil open it now still only thinking of the Chocolate and nothing else. Have some to eat sucking the Chocolate only thinking about the Chocolate. Nothing else and just enjoy it and when finish have milk drink cold or warm and then just sit for a while It will take you some time to master this try .
